I Geese It’s Winter…
I know, I know…what was I thinking. I couldn’t think of a title for this post and this popped into my head. It’s Monday what can I say. I had some time on Saturday and was determined to get out with my camera. This has been such a weird winter. Milder then I can ever remember it being in January but its been grey…dull and grey. I need sunshine. Oh well, Saturday was not any different, grey & snowing, but I decided to go for a drive and see what mischief I could get into. I was driving north along some country roads when I came upon this scene.

Great pic and I do like the title as well

wow! What an amazing capture, Edith! The sun wasn’t there, but the geese was and it makes a wonderful picture. Beautiful postcard. Never underestimate the opportunity of a dull morning.

Our winter weather has been really mild too, only one snow event to speak of and it didn’t last long. Nice catch!

This is lovely shot, Edith! You have conveyed the bleakness really well in this almost monochromatic shot! Love it! And the title is bang on for this post!

Wonderful image, Edith! Not sure how much of this was due tot he elements on capture or the processing afterwards. Either way, I like this very much.

Love the title Edith and great shot. I tend to get carried away and crop in too much but think I may have to try a few longer shots.
