iPhone Friday – Walking For A Cause & Other Stuff
Last weekend I participated in the Run For Kids With Cancer a 10k Walk/Run to raise money for Camp Oochigeas, a summer camp in Muskoka, Ontario for children with cancer. It was a perfect day for the event, sunny but not too hot, where 25,000 people did the walk/run through the streets of downtown Toronto. I did have my iPhone with me but only took a couple of shots at the start of the event and when I approached the finish line.

Thanks Gracie. No he’s not my dog. I was dropping something off at someone’s house and he was very curious when I rang the doorbell. Enjoy the long weekend.

Congratulations on the run. I hope you were able to raise a lot of money for what sounds like a very worthwhile charity. Love the look on the dog’s face in the final picture – great timing to produce a great capture.

Congratulations with the run, and I think it’s great that you participate in an event to raise money for children with cancer. Even if you didn’t take a lot of pictures, the ones you posted here gives a feeling about the run. My favourites are the one called The Run! and the Twirling Tree.
