iPhone Friday – Welcome to Nawlins & Triple D
Naturally today’s iPhone Friday instalment is New Orleans themed. As is customary when I travel I always check out the Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives (Triple D) site to see if there are any Guy Fieri recommended restaurants. I had no doubt that I would find some in New Orleans.
We ended up having dinner at The Old Coffeepot Restaurant on St. Peters St in the French Quarter. Mmmmm…need I say anymore

The Triple D special….Chicken Breast topped with a crab cake topped with a shrimp stacked on top of a green bean casserole with a side of jambalaya….and yes it was delicious!

Thank you. Looking forward to seeing your iPhone shots. Snapseed is excellent. Its the first app I process with before moving on to any others.

Hi Edith, I tried to put a “like” on this post but it wouldn’t let me; it just bounces me up to the top of the page. I don’t know if anyone else has ever reported this problem but it has happened to me a few times before.
Technical problems aside, I “like” your post.

Thanks so much for writing. I’ve actually had that problem as well when I’ve tried to “like” someone else’s post from my work computer. I think that happens if you’re using an old browser.

What an awesome set, Edith! We LOVE watching Guy on Triple-D and when I saw your post here I got excited right away! (He drives a killer Camaro in that show, but that’s a whole ‘nother story, isn’t it). Great shots here, my dear friend, you’ve really brought this place alive for us all to enjoy. Suddenly, however, I feel hungry and must be off now…
