The Margaret Todd
“Just sit right back and you’ll hear a tale,
A tale of a fateful trip
That started from this tropic port
Aboard this tiny ship.”
Well it was a 3 hour tour but unlike Gilligan we did make it back to port. While in Bar Harbour we took a sunset cruise aboard the Margaret Todd, a 151 foot schooner, among the islands of Frenchman’s Bay. A big thanks to Len Saltiel you told me about Windjammer Cruises. Len is an amazing travel photographer who’s been featuring New England images on his blog this past week. You should check out his blog here.

Very nice. I’ll have to look for this when we’re up there.

Superb shots Edith. I really love the second one. I wish I took one as good as that. Thanks so much for your kind comments and trackback to my work. Very much appreciated especially from someone of your talent.

I just love everything nautical, especially schooners! What a FABULOUS pair of images here, Edith, I really feel like I’ve been out on the open waters! I like ’em both quite equally, for different reasons! Great shots, my friend.
