My…How Cavalier Of You!
I thought I would take a little break from my Boston images (they’ll be back) and share some images of Brady. Before I do that though you may have noticed that I’ve added another item to the menu of this site…”Product Reviews.” Yesterday I published a review of the Gitzo Traveler Tripod & Markins Ballhead. Let me know what you think. I’ll be adding more reviews as I try out new gear.
Speaking of new gear I’m a bit giddy because last week I purchased the Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM Lens and of course who better to try it out on then Brady. Here are a few initial shots using the new lens. Once I’ve had a chance to really put it to the test I will be posting a full review.
So cute!

Oh my goodness, what a sweet face Brady has! I remember a few months ago you did a shot with him using a fun photo effect, but I’d forgotten how adorable he is. Yay for being a doggie mommy! 🙂

Brady is too cute Edith. Nice shots. I read your review of the 1542T. I have had that tripod for about 18 months and it is everything that you say it is. I can’t find any tripod leg covers for it so if you come across any, let me know.

Excellent shots of Brady. And, yes, he is very cute. My favourite pictures is the second when you caught him in action.

Thanks Otto. He doesn’t sit still for very long so he’s a bit challenging to photograph but I’m getting better at it.

Thanks Victor. It was hard to keep his hair neat as he’d been running after his ball. That’s what happens when we finally get some nice weather…Brady goes nuts in the park 🙂

What a dog. As a prior owner of a King Charles Spaniel these are classic images. Brady can sure turn on the expression – especially that first one. That is a sharp lens, Edith. I’m saving up for one of those Tripods – I had heard good reviews of it – but baulked at the price.

Great shots of a very cute dog. I have the lens you purchased and beyond the fine optics, the light weight makes it a real winner. I have a tremor in addition to another medical problem that has significantly reduced the strength in my right hand and arm and I can still shoot one handed with this lens on a Canon Rebel T2i and get a crystal clear close-up shot of a butterfly.
