Saturday Skate in Central Park

Walking through Central Park on a mild January day my husband and I stopped to watch the ice skating. I knew standing there that I wanted to create an image that I could turn into a digital painting. The skaters in their colourful jackets, the buildings in the background…it was in front of me but the image I wanted to create was in my head.

  2. Very nice, Edith. Looks like a travel poster. 🙂
I’m inspired to return to NYC, planning to get there in the Spring once the trees and flowers begin to bloom.
