Project 52 Entry #33
A quick post today as it’s shaping up to be a busy one. This is another shot of the frozen waters of the St. Lawrence River. This is one exposure and I applied the Clarity filter in Topaz Adjust to give the ice a little more of a crystallized look. I then cropped it into a panorama.

Le Massif de Charlevoix is a ski hill in north-eastern Quebec just over an hour from Quebec City. I think I mentioned in my last post that the views are spectacular as your overlooking the St. Lawrence River. Just a bit of history, in 2002, Daniel Gauthier, one of the co-founders of Le Cirque du Soleil, purchased Le Massif. He sold his interest in Cirque du Soleil and used part of the proceeds to purchase this ski hill.
A few months ago I posted an image of Rome that I re-invented as a vintage travel poster. You can see that one here. Well I had so much fun doing that one that I had to create one for Le Massif. I see a trend starting here.
